    Through its online shop, Dental Elite gives patients the opportunity to purchase certain dental services and service packages offered within Dental Elite clinics online.<\/span><\/p>

    Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a service. Placing an order and making payment represents confirmation that you have read and understood the conditions applicable to the purchased service.<\/span><\/p>

    1. Definitions<\/span><\/h3>

    Throughout this document:<\/span><\/p>

    • The Supplier \u2013 Dental Elite and\/or the legal entity operating the online store and providing the purchased services;<\/span><\/li>
    • The Client\/Patient \u2013 the natural person who purchases a service through the online store;<\/span><\/li>
    • Online shop \u2013 the e-commerce section available on the Dental Elite website;<\/span><\/li>
    • The Service \u2013 any dental service or package of dental services available for purchase online;<\/span><\/li>
    • Order \u2013 the request sent by the Client via the online shop for the purchase of a Service.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      2. Purchasing of services<\/span><\/h3>

      The services available in the online shop are presented together with relevant information regarding their nature, price and, where applicable, specific conditions of use.<\/span><\/p>

      To purchase a Service, the Customer selects the desired offer, fills in the requested details and makes the payment using the payment methods available in the online shop.<\/span><\/p>

      Following the successful completion of the payment, the Customer will receive a purchase confirmation, in accordance with the contact details provided when placing the order.<\/span><\/p>

      3. Scheduling and use of the purchased service<\/span><\/h3>

      Services purchased online are carried out exclusively by prior appointment, within the Dental Elite clinics where the respective service is available.<\/span><\/p>

      The client has a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase of the service to make the booking in order to benefit from the purchased service.<\/span><\/p>

      Appointments can be made through the contact channels provided by Dental Elite or via any other method indicated in the order confirmation.<\/span><\/p>

      Appointment availability depends on the slots available in the clinic\u2019s diary and its opening hours.<\/span><\/p>

      To benefit from the service, the Customer must respect the established appointment date and time.<\/span><\/p>

      If the Client does not show up for the appointment and fails to give timely notice of their inability to attend, the specific conditions of the purchased service, communicated to the Client at the time of purchase or booking, may apply.<\/span><\/p>

      4. Validity of purchased services<\/span><\/h3>

      Each service or package of services may have its own validity period, mentioned in the offer description or communicated to the Customer at the time of purchase.<\/span><\/p>

      Unless otherwise stated, the Client must book the purchased service within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.<\/span><\/p>

      If the Client fails to make the appointment within the stated period, the purchased service may become unusable, under the specific conditions mentioned for the respective offer.<\/span><\/p>

      We recommend that the Client makes the appointment as soon as possible after purchasing the service.<\/span><\/p>

      5. Appointments and rescheduling<\/span><\/h3>

      If the Client cannot make the scheduled appointment, they are obliged to contact Dental Elite as soon as possible to request rescheduling.<\/span><\/p>

      Rescheduling is subject to clinic availability and compliance with the specific conditions of the purchased service.<\/span><\/p>

      The Client\/Patient may cancel the scheduled appointment a maximum of 2 (two) times, provided they notify Dental Elite at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If the Client fails to cancel the appointment in compliance with this deadline or exceeds the maximum number of permitted cancellations, a no-show fee of 100 lei per incident will be applied.<\/span><\/p>

      Dental Elite reserves the right to set specific conditions regarding the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, depending on the type of service purchased. These conditions will be communicated to the Client, as appropriate, before the appointment is made.<\/span><\/p>

      6. Medical conditions of the services<\/span><\/h3>

      Purchasing a service through the online shop does not replace the consultation and medical assessment performed by the dentist.<\/span><\/p>

      Depending on the patient's clinical situation, the doctor may find that the purchased service is not indicated or cannot be performed under the conditions initially planned.<\/span><\/p>

      In such situations, the doctor will explain the available options to the patient and, where applicable, the relevant medical recommendations.<\/span><\/p>

      Medical services are performed exclusively on the basis of medical evaluation and indication, in compliance with applicable standards and protocols.<\/span><\/p>

      7. Prices and payment<\/span><\/h3>

      The service prices displayed in the online store are expressed in lei and include VAT, where applicable, in accordance with the applicable legislation.<\/span><\/p>

      Dental Elite reserves the right to modify the prices of the services available in the online store. Price modifications do not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.<\/span><\/p>

      Payment is made using the payment methods available in the online shop at the time the order is placed.<\/span><\/p>

      8. Cancellation of orders and the right of withdrawal<\/span><\/h3>

      In the case of online service purchases, the Client benefits from the rights provided by the applicable legislation regarding consumer protection and distance contracts.<\/span><\/p>

      Depending on the nature of the service purchased and the time when its provision begins, there may be situations where the right of withdrawal does not apply or ceases, under the conditions provided for by law.<\/span><\/p>

      If the Client requests the commencement of the provision of the service before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, they may be informed of the legal effects of their request.<\/span><\/p>

      If, for medical, objective reasons or reasons beyond the Client's control, the purchased service cannot be performed, Dental Elite will analyse the situation individually and will communicate the available options to the Client, depending on the nature of the service and the specific circumstances.<\/span><\/p>

      The processing of personal data provided in the purchase and scheduling process is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and the Dental Elite Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>
