Through its online shop, Dental Elite gives patients the opportunity to purchase certain dental services and service packages offered within Dental Elite clinics online.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a service. Placing an order and making payment represents confirmation that you have read and understood the conditions applicable to the purchased service.

To purchase a Service, the Customer selects the desired offer, fills in the requested details and makes the payment using the payment methods available in the online shop.
Following the successful completion of the payment, the Customer will receive a purchase confirmation, in accordance with the contact details provided when placing the order.
Services purchased online are carried out exclusively by prior appointment, within the Dental Elite clinics where the respective service is available.
The client has a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase of the service to make the booking in order to benefit from the purchased service.
Appointments can be made through the contact channels provided by Dental Elite or via any other method indicated in the order confirmation.
Appointment availability depends on the slots available in the clinic’s diary and its opening hours.
To benefit from the service, the Customer must respect the established appointment date and time.
If the Client does not show up for the appointment and fails to give timely notice of their inability to attend, the specific conditions of the purchased service, communicated to the Client at the time of purchase or booking, may apply.
După stabilirea și confirmarea de comun acord a unei programări, clientul are dreptul la o singură anulare sau reprogramare a acesteia, cu respectarea condițiilor comunicate de Dental Elite.
În cazul în care clientul solicită anularea sau reprogramarea pentru a doua oară a aceleiași programări, sumele achitate online pentru serviciul respectiv nu vor mai fi rambursate, iar clientul pierde dreptul de a utiliza plata efectuată pentru programarea inițială.
Prin efectuarea plății online, clientul confirmă că a luat la cunoștință și acceptă prezenta politică de anulare și reprogramare.
Each service or package of services may have its own validity period, mentioned in the offer description or communicated to the Customer at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, the Client must book the purchased service within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
If the Client fails to make the appointment within the stated period, the purchased service may become unusable, under the specific conditions mentioned for the respective offer.
We recommend that the Client makes the appointment as soon as possible after purchasing the service.
If the Client cannot make the scheduled appointment, they are obliged to contact Dental Elite as soon as possible to request rescheduling.
Rescheduling is subject to clinic availability and compliance with the specific conditions of the purchased service.
The Client/Patient may cancel the scheduled appointment a maximum of 2 (two) times, provided they notify Dental Elite at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If the Client fails to cancel the appointment in compliance with this deadline or exceeds the maximum number of permitted cancellations, a no-show fee of 100 lei per incident will be applied.
Dental Elite reserves the right to set specific conditions regarding the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, depending on the type of service purchased. These conditions will be communicated to the Client, as appropriate, before the appointment is made.
Purchasing a service through the online shop does not replace the consultation and medical assessment performed by the dentist.
Depending on the patient's clinical situation, the doctor may find that the purchased service is not indicated or cannot be performed under the conditions initially planned.
In such situations, the doctor will explain the available options to the patient and, where applicable, the relevant medical recommendations.
Medical services are performed exclusively on the basis of medical evaluation and indication, in compliance with applicable standards and protocols.
The service prices displayed in the online store are expressed in lei and include VAT, where applicable, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Dental Elite reserves the right to modify the prices of the services available in the online store. Price modifications do not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
Payment is made using the payment methods available in the online shop at the time the order is placed.

The processing of personal data provided in the purchase and scheduling process is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and the Dental Elite Privacy Policy.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete data in the purchasing and scheduling process.

Dental Elite will review every complaint and make every effort to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable legislation.
