Plans: a national network of 20 clinics within the next 5 years
Dental Elite, a chain of dental clinics offering comprehensive treatments in Bucharest and Brașov, founded by brothers Bogdan Ciucu and Dr. Alexandru Ciucu, has secured one of the most significant growth capital investments in Romania’s dental sector to date. The investment comes from Accession Capital Partners Credit, part of ACP Group, and will support the company’s development and nationwide expansion.
A family business from Brașov with national growth ambitions
Dental Elite started as a four-chair dental clinic in Brașov in 2018 and has since grown to 28 dental chairs, following cumulative investments exceeding €4 million in its five multidisciplinary clinics across Brașov and Bucharest. Currently, the group employs over 110 professionals, including 42 doctors.
The most recent clinic, located in AFI Park Bucharest, was inaugurated at the end of 2024, alongside a state-of-the-art radiology center, following a total investment of over €500,000, of which €400,000 was allocated to cutting-edge technologies and medical equipment.
Building a true national network of elite dental clinics over the next 5 years
The investment from ACP Credit will enable Dental Elite Group to accelerate its growth and expand to over 20 clinics nationwide within the next five years. The group is already preparing to open three new clinics in Voluntari, Ploiești, and Buzău in the first quarter of 2026, which will increase total capacity to more than 40 dental chairs.
Alongside organic growth, the group is focusing on investments in digitalization, ultra-modern equipment, and welcoming spaces designed to host top-tier dental performance in a warm, accessible environment.
Additionally, Dental Elite is seeking partnerships with entrepreneurial dentists who already lead strong and stable medical teams but need support to scale their business operations – from management to marketing and PR. Dental Elite aims to become a growth partner for doctors who value high-quality dental services and seek sustainable expansion without joining corporate structures.
With this strategy, Dental Elite targets revenues exceeding €20 million within the next five years.
